EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years in a BI or similar roles.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
· Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying.
· Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive analytics, automation).
· Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.

SOFT SKILLS:

· Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
· Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.

ADVANTAGE SKILLS (OPTIONAL):

· Experience with Python/R for data analysis or machine learning.
· Knowledge of Zoho products.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica).
