We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing strategic insights to support our organization’s growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business data, and develop innovative reporting solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is great, but preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights..
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of SQL, programming languages (Python, R), and familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets, both structured and unstructured, to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders and enable informed decision-making.
• Business Intelligence Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance business intelligence capabilities, including data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, insightful, and aligned with business objectives.
• Data Modeling and Forecasting: Build and maintain data models that support accurate forecasting and predictive analytics. Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, forecast business performance, and support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Data Integrity and Governance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining robust data governance practices. Identify data quality issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement data cleansing and validation processes.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and data engineers, to gather requirements, understand data sources, and align on business intelligence initiatives. Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence and analytics. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
