Job Title Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description Summary We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders across the EMEA region to deliver market, client, and operational intelligence that shapes business strategy and performance. Job Description What you’ll do Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality business, market, and operational insights. Act as the client’s advocate, translating their needs and feedback into actionable data solutions. Simplify and communicate complex data clearly to audiences at all levels, from executives to end users. Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, defining the necessary data resources and requirements. Design and prototype reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.) to support decision-making. Partner closely with the wider EMEA Analytics Team to ensure best practices and maximize impact. Deliver against key KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and analytical standards. Facilitate collaboration between business units and analytics teams, driving clarity around objectives, needs, and timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Sciences), Economics, Real Estate or Technology. Common MS Office applications to excellent levels including Excel, SharePoint. Min. 4 years of experience in Power BI preferable (or any other data visualization tool e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Looker) Languages: italian native , english advanced Great attention to detail, diligent and focused. Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks. Business writing and reporting skills Thoughtful, collaborative, and proactive ready to engage with stakeholders across the globe. Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel. Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver. Good team player, also able to work independently. Curiosity and drive to solve problems.
