Advanced Rx Management is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst / Developer. This is an IN-OFFICE position. This person needs to be a positive individual who enjoys working with a team and sees excellence as a priority. Individual must be organized and possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related field required
• 5+ years’ experience in a business intelligence role
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
• Ability to communicate findings with Business Leaders
• Strong program experience with: SQL, Excel, SSRS, Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills; attentive to details
• Able to work independently and perform multiple tasks effectively
• Experience working with confidential medical information preferred
• Must be self-directed, as well as able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

• Research and implement AI/ML solutions
• Execute ad-hoc SQL queries for Operations and Financial Teams
• Participate in the deployment of the BI database and reporting applications
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
• Cooperate with our IT department to maintain existing BI infrastructure
• Monitor analytics and metrics results
• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
• Monthly financial reporting and procedure execution
• Analyze financial data and communicate findings effectively
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
