DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking highly motivated, career-oriented candidates for a Business Intelligence Analyst position with the Business Intelligence team. What You’ll have the Opportunity to do * Assist departments with various requests/projects involving data-gathering, analytical review, and financial/mathematical computations as needed. * Support promotional activities before, during, and after campaigns to support marketing activities and performance analysis. * Design and implement data reports and visualizations. * Evaluate and assist with improvements to BI system, methodology, and processes. What You’ll Bring to the Table * College degree preferred/or related work experience in analyzing and reporting data across several business disciplines. * Strong communication skills to include the ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, and present findings to management. * Experience with SQL databases and Excel to extract and explore various datasets. * Experience in data visualizations tools such as Power BI to present data in a meaningful and impactful way.
