Description PURPOSE: In accordance with company policies and procedures, the BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming operational, financial, and production data into actionable insights. This role partners closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership to build dashboards, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Analyze operational, financial, and production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data models and reporting solutions Build and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with timely insights and analysis Document data definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard functionality Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics for manufacturing operations Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to leadership and department managers Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytics role Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating data Experience working with ERP systems preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment PREFERRED: Experience with data modeling or ETL tools Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics Knowledge of DAX or M (Power Query) Experience supporting operations, quality, or financial reporting in a manufacturing setting Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production workflows
