About the RoleAs a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and credit-related decisions. You will work closely with Data Science, Product and Business teams to understand performance, identify trends and develop recommendations that can have a tangible impact on the organisation.Key responsibilities:Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
Developing and monitoring BI reporting, dashboards and performance metrics
Providing actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making
Supporting credit risk analysis and the optimisation of lending strategies
Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential areas of risk or improvement
Collaborating with Data Science, Product and Business stakeholders across different markets
Requirements: 5+ years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience working with large and complex datasets
Strong knowledge of BI tools, reporting and data visualisation
The ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
A strong understanding of business performance and data-driven decision-making
Experience within fintech, banking, lending, credit risk or a data-driven environment would be highly advantageous
