Description Jones Edmunds is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Public Works Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) services. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support client success. As a technical contributor and team leader, you will play a key role in delivering data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making for municipal and public sector clients. What You'll Do: Analyze and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights for clients Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI Design and manage relational databases to support analytics initiatives Ensure data integrity through established policies, procedures, and quality controls Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with scope, schedule, and budget Provide expert recommendations to clients on data-driven strategies Support proposal development and participate in client presentations Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders Lead and mentor analysts and technical staff on BI tools and methodologies Provide training for internal teams and clients on business intelligence solutions Support development, testing, and implementation of BI applications Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvements Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, Planning, Geography, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or software development environments Proven experience working with enterprise-level applications and large datasets Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps Experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting public sector or municipal client Background in asset management or infrastructure-related data systems Project management experience Familiarity with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Work Environment Primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility Occasional field work in varying environmental conditions May require visits to client sites, infrastructure facilities, or project locations Why Join Jones Edmunds?
