Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the ambition of Munich Re’s Regional Center in Bogotá by providing business analytics for client strategies and delivering performance insights to ensure effective portfolio steering in close collaboration with CM and UW teams.
- Research market trends to identify potential new business opportunities and develop solid business cases.
- Drive business and portfolio-related analyses, reporting, and research activities, ensuring professional interpretation and visualization of findings.
- Support the CM area by establishing and maintaining access to relevant market and business information (business intelligence).
- Perform data analysis on external and internal data to identify patterns and trends; visualize and summarize data for key stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and other visual tools to facilitate data access and analysis for CM and UW colleagues.
- Develop external client, competitor, and broker analyses, as well as internal portfolio and renewal analyses.
- Create high-quality, client-specific sales presentations (pitch books) for strategic clients.
- Coordinate closely with relevant interfaces (e.g., RIC, RIA, Claims, RID, CAP) and other business analytics teams to ensure timely delivery of critical steering information.
- Provide conceptual input, strategic thinking, and storylining for internal meetings (strategy and performance) and external client meetings/pitches.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market opportunities.
