As a (Junior) BI Analyst, you will be part of our small, high-performing data team and work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and the Head of IT. You will help to further expand and develop our existing BI stack, reduce external dependencies, and integrate data more effectively into the daily operations of our business units – especially Finance and Accounting.

• Further development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data models
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and medical practices to translate technical requirements into pragmatic data solutions.
• Gradual adoption and further development of existing external solutions
• Collaboration with Data Engineering and Data Science on end-to-end data processes
• Support for projects in the area of ​​digitalization and data strategy
