Responsibilities
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights and management information through in-depth data analysis to support informed decisions.
  • Extract, transform, load, and analyse datasets from various data sources, data warehouses, and data marts to deliver customer and commercial insights through data visualisations, reports, or insight packs as required.
  • Analyse and monitor trends in programs and initiatives to explain the key performance drivers.
  • Proactively drive process improvement, automation, and governance to improve efficiency and productivity using SQL, SAS, Python and Tableau/Excel.
  • Present and communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely (verbally and in writing) to a wide range of audiences, including non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and relevant LT members across Virtual and the wider Health Services (Amplar Health) team as required to understand/document reporting and actionable insights requirements and provide appropriate support through data analytics & reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Information Management team to resolve data quality and integration issues, and to define and document new data requirements for both existing and future reports and dashboards
