Robust analytical skills and data analytics capabilities, including the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.

Experience or interest in market research and customer insight to understand needs, behaviors, and trends.

Effective communication skills to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or basic statistical software) and a willingness to learn current analytical platforms.

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Curiosity about innovation, entrepreneurship, and university–industry collaboration; prior experience in these domains is an advantage.

Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
