- Experience developing SharePoint sites and lists
- Experience developing automated flows using Power Automate
- Experience with Scrum and tracking tasks, delays, and product development
- Experience developing and presenting complex technical information for technical and non-technical audiences and senior leaders
- Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience balancing several priorities and tasks at once
Minimum Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM field

- 3- 10 years of experience in data analytics and visualization

- Experience with ingest and analysis of both structured and unstructured data sources and/or Advana experience

• Manage access requests to the SharePoint site
• Develop automated flows using Power Automate
• Update SharePoint List for language and status changes
• Communicate with clients and OPR leads on Recommendation Language updates/changes
• Manage team Scrum board keeping track of tasking, any delays in development, and leading team through weekly scrum
