Description:
- This position requires full-time on-site work with the flexibility of remote work at times after you get acclimated to the position. If relocation is needed, relocation reimbursement may be available.
The Role: As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in business intelligence reporting and analyzing data to improve member experiences, streamline processes, fuel product innovation, and drive strategic decision-making. this role also involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments to prioritize business and information needs and presenting data-driven recommendations. If you have strong analytical skills, expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent related experience.
Three to five years experience in data analysis using SQL.
Three to five years experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Three to five years experience at a financial institution preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions).
Knowledge of relational database design, querying, data modeling and data warehouse preferred.
Advanced data gathering and data analytic skills.
Ability to have a high level of integrity and handle confidential information.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Team player.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light work Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of

Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing data analysis, metrics, reports, dashboards, etc. to support strategic business decisions.
- Identify and analyze industry, geographic and technology trends with business strategy implications.
- Conduct research as necessary to prepare, process, analyze, and share reports and dashboards, fostering data driven decision-making.
- Identify business data gaps and coordinate the necessary improvements and/or changes to improve data quality and drive process improvements.
- Support integration of new data sources into the data warehouse and identify key performance indicators that reflect business performance and defined needs.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to facilitate and achieve high-quality, data-driven decisions.
- Simplify and automate reporting, and other data activities; developing scalable solutions that empowers stakeholders with self-service capabilities.
- Analyze current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Solve complex and broad business problems with analytically derived solutions, applying appropriate analytical best practices to drive solutions.
- Deliver analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences and partner with them to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing performance, improving efficiencies, and reducing costs, collaborating with cross-functional teams as required.
- Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
- Actively and thoughtfully communicate with their supervisor, planning their goals and development, taking accountability for their actions, and striving for excellence.
