About the role We’re looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, customer success, and operational efficiency. What you'll do Reporting & Visualization Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives Develop intuitive visualizations that communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Data Analysis & Strategy Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth Translate insights into recommendations that improve product adoption, customer retention, and internal performance Collaboration & Enablement Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reporting capabilities Data Integrity & Documentation Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, workflows, and business logic Technical Integration Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless integration from source systems Contribute to performance tuning and scalability of BI infrastructure Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets Preferred Skills Experience in operational analytics Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and API-based data integrations Experience in SaaS or commercial software environments Why Join Us Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or flexible hours) Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven culture Direct impact on product strategy and customer success Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement
