Description

Availability: Must be amenable to start ASAP Work Setup: Onsite (Makati) Responsibilities: Create, enhance, and manage dynamic business reports and insightful dashboards that drive informed decisions. Delve into complex and extensive data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Partner with diverse teams to capture reporting needs and ensure they align seamlessly with business goals. Streamline reporting workflows through automation, boosting efficiency and minimizing manual tasks. Ensure data integrity by meticulously validating accuracy and consistency across multiple sources. Communicate compelling findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, empowering data-driven decisions. Requirements: At least 12 months of Reporting and Data Analytics experience with a proven track record in showcasing strong expertise in the subject matter Practical experience with leading BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms With at least a college level education Exceptional analytical abilities paired with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills to effectively simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
