Department Overview:
The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions that enable OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.
Positioned under the University branch of Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics (BIAA), this role provides the opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise of data analysis, business/operational workflows and processes to support operational reporting and executive level strategic initiatives. The work of the Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics (BIAA) division ensures that the informational assets of the OHSU enterprise are leveraged to enhance financial, clinical, operational, and research decision-making.
Under mentorship of senior team members, this position is responsible for gathering requirements and acquiring business process knowledge to translate the data needs of the customer. The incumbent will design, develop, and maintain a variety of business intelligence solutions for analyzing, reporting, and providing access to university consumers. This position also provides training/mentor assistance to lower-level analysts.
