Welcome to Jane Pauley Community Health Center! We are so glad you’re considering joining our Finance Team as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

SUMMARY:

Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in mid-level reporting. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective management of one’s own workload and schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain refresh, extraction, and reporting schedules for dashboards and report
  • Create, run, and analyze data from multiple systems to deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
  • Evaluate data for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Work directly with the BI Director and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  • Work closely with users to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supportive reporting role
  • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Experience with data visualization tools i.e. PowerBI, Power Query and Tableau
  • Experience with Business Objects, Crystal Reports and SSMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
