JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team under the guidance of the Director of Business Intelligence. You will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights by creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support decision-making across multiple departments. In addition to Power BI, you will have the opportunity to explore and help implement open-source BI tools (e.g., Metabase) and leverage Python and SQL for data exploration and light forecasting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dashboard creation).
  • Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with Python for basic scripting, data manipulation, or forecasting tasks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate business questions into data requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving, critical thinking, and curiosity-driven exploration.
