As Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyse, and prioritise business requirements
- run engaging workshops to uncover needs, co-design solutions, and identify risks
- support agile delivery by managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and mapping business processes
- translatre technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders
- use tools like Power BI to design intuitive dashboards and reports for internal and external use
- collaborate on projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS
- contribute to project roadmaps and change management activities to ensure smooth rollouts
- become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the team and across the University.
