This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions within Power BI, leveraging data from Snowflake, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems. Working closely with Sales Operations, Business Leadership, and IT teams, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, forecasting, operational effectiveness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models, data flows, dimensions, and reporting solutions, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Business Leadership, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics that support forecasting, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making.
• Develop and optimize complex Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, SQL, and Snowflake data integrations while following data visualization best practices.
• Own and support core reporting datasets, troubleshooting data anomalies, resolving reporting issues, and continuously improving reporting infrastructure and data governance practices.
• Support cross-functional projects by defining requirements, documenting processes, testing solutions, and providing subject matter expertise on reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
• This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused role.
• Expert-level experience designing and developing Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and reports.
• Advanced DAX development skills and strong SQL expertise.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, data modelling, master data concepts, and multiple source systems.
• Experience integrating and analysing data from platforms such as Snowflake, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting and analytics tools.
