Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for data analytics, reporting, and transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' reporting needs and contribute to strategic decision-making. This position requires proficiency in reading and writing Simplified Chinese, as you will be supporting the China market. Key Responsibilities Report Management & Delivery: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery, specifically Chinese reporting for China, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission within standard SLAs. Report Development & Enhancements: Design and develop new reports and implement change requests for China markets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial and Customer Support teams, to create tailored reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and client satisfaction. Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Leverage BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations. Stay updated with the latest BI trends and functionalities to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and quality control measures to ensure transparency and efficiency. Strategic Support: Assist the Business Intelligence Lead in driving BI revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within the market. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent command of English & Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Basic understanding of database concepts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately. Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and cultures. Good time management; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed under pressure. Business oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, detail, and team collaboration.
