We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) Marketing & Sales team.
Your role
As Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst you will work in close cooperation with your colleagues within Marketing and Sales, Product Management and Group Marketing and Sales to provide analysis, reporting, and decision support strategy in alignment with our ongoing Airborne Early Warning and Control activities. Through use of methodology approach, you will develop and effectively present useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources that leads to accurate and appropriate interpretation of the data.

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will:

• Lead the development of reports and methodology in support of Product Sales Directors (PSR) requests given specific campaigns
• Participate in gathering needs/requests and work with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities
• Analyse and compile competitor information and analyse markettrends.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a stable, efficient, and high-performance analytic and reporting platform
• Develop methodologies for analyzing and presenting data
• Identify and evaluate analytical tools and related new technologies; contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation
• Provide user support for Business Intelligence and Analytic products, including helping users navigate and understand reports

Your profile
While this position requires internal work, successful candidate understands that attending external activities (exhibitions, customer presentations, trade shows, suppliers etc) are essential. Travelling is therefore required, mainly outside Sweden. These travels can both be related to specific customer interactions as well as exhibitions and events plus supplier visits.

You are expected not only to work with your individual area of responsibility, being a member of the team also means that you interact and take part in other activities and tasks within the unit.
Analytical skills are very important for this position, and previous experience of data collections is good. Excellent presenting and communication skills are mandatory as well as leadership. Since you mainly will engage international customers, English skills in a business environment both orally and in writing is mandatory. It is also preferable with Swedish skills.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
