Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Healthcare Data
We are looking for a technically skilled and business-minded BI Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform raw healthcare data (claims, eligibility) into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong data analysis, SQL, Power BI, and data engineering skills to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, automated dashboards).
  • Strong SQL skills for data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Python scripting and file format parsing (JSON, XML, CSV).
  • Familiarity with SFTP and Git/version control.
  • Ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of healthcare claims and eligibility data is a plus.

  • Gather, clean, and integrate healthcare data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems.

  • Use advanced SQL for data querying, optimization, and root cause analysis.
