JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn data into knowledge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and build dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a BI Engineer or Data Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and data governance principles.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure quality output.
• Monitor BI system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Create documentation for BI solutions, data models, and workflows.
