Overview :
Reporting to the Director or Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, the Business Intelligence Business Analysts (BIBA) should possess a deep understanding of business operations and strategy for supported Geico business units. The BIBA plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business units’ needs and the technical execution of business intelligence projects. Utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies, you will ensure that our business units are equipped with the optimal data-related solutions to their challenges, facilitating the business units’ strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Utilizing best practices, tools, and artifacts, The BI Business Analysts helps accurately capture and document project requirements and ensures that all stakeholders understand the project’s scope and objectives.

Location: This is a hybrid role and the team is in the office 3 days a week, 2 days from home.
Annual Salary
$77,900.00 - $129,150.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
