QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, IT, or related technical field.
• 3+ years developing BI dashboards for enterprise-level organizations.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and business requirements gathering.
• Strong UI/UX design principles for effective data storytelling.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments and skill levels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Integrate multiple data sources, ensuring high performance and security compliance.
• Implement version control, role-based access, and governance standards for dashboards.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all visualizations before deployment.
• Document data models, DAX calculations, and visualization logic for auditability.
• Support dashboard training efforts and provide ongoing enhancements based on feedback.
