WHO WE ARE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Data Architect IV to join our Financial Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in shaping the enterprise data architecture, ensuring data consistency, and enabling high-impact reporting and analytics across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to support cross-functional initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM, Procure-to-Pay, Incentive Compensation, and financial systems.
  • Experience with Knowledge Base tools like Collibra, Data.world, Document360, Confluence etc.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and international business concepts, including currency exchange.
  • Certifications in Analytics, Data Science, or related fields are a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of semantic data models, data definitions, and metric standards to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and documentation to communicate data architecture strategies and outcomes.
  • Design and maintain data models, data mappings, and metadata documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is sourced from systems of record and aligned with business needs.
  • Support the migration and integration of data across platforms, ensuring data quality and governance standards are upheld.
  • Contribute to the development of business data definitions and support the standardization of key financial and operational terms (e.g., RH Affiliate vs. Company).
  • Provide guidance on data governance best practices, including data privacy, security, and compliance.
