Description
Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst - IT, this role is responsible for translating agreed design patterns and business requirements into scalable, high-quality data models that support consistent, trusted reporting and analytics across the business. As the organisation continues to mature its data and analytics capability, this position will support the development of a governed semantic layer that provides reusable, conformed data structures across reporting domains. Working closely with the BI Data team, the role operates within established semantic modelling standards and architectural direction. This role is based at our Milton, Brisbane corporate office on a Monday to Friday roster (5/2), with the option to WFH two days per week. Harmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities. In Papua New Guinea, Harmony owns and operates the Hidden Valley mine and owns 50% of the Tier 1 Wafi-Golpu copper-gold project. In Australia, Harmony owns the high-grade CSA copper mine in Cobar, NSW and is constructing the Eva Copper Mine in Cloncurry, QLD with first production targeted for the second half of the 2028 calendar year. These assets are supported by the Harmony Australasia regional corporate office located in Milton, Brisbane.
