  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support through data modeling, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with big data technologies, and proficiency in various programming languages.

REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 42 months of experience developing reports specializing in Eligibility/Enrollment/Coverage data generated through the NYS Health Exchange or other state-based or federal health exchanges for Medicaid, CHP, and Essential Plan programs (not claims data).
• 42 months of experience with the NYS Health Exchange, or other state-based or federal health exchanges, with a specific focus on eligibility determination rules and NYS Affordable Care Act (federal) rules (not claims data).
• 42 months of experience developing reports to resolve data discrepancies between the NYS Health Exchange and other NYS state-based systems, including eMedNY, WMS, KIDS, and OTDA.
• 42 months of experience designing and developing complex analytic/reporting systems for the NYS Affordable Care Act (ACA) or other state-based or federal health exchanges.
• 84 months of experience with enterprise strategic BI/DW assessment, including data interrogation and profiling by writing complex PL/SQL procedures and SQL queries, and preparing an enterprise BI/DW roadmap based on assessment outcomes.
• 84 months of experience with reporting and data transformation tools, providing support to the business community with various data requests and issue analysis.
