Constellation Service Company, headquartered in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help drive decision-making across our organization through meaningful data reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and performance metrics
• Serve as an internal data consultant, helping teams interpret and use data effectively
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
• Assist with ERP system administration, particularly related to reporting and data access

Position Requrements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field (or equivalent education)
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions, views)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
