QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience with the design and development of MS Fabric/Power BI, QlikView, or QlikSense
  • applications preferred. (Similar tools experience considered, i.e. Tableau, SQL, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with a priority on data quality and accuracy, as well as the ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Strong and clear communication with stakeholders in all areas of the business required.
  • Understanding of the ETL process and how it impacts the BI Development flows.
  • Understanding or the ability to gain strong knowledge of various business processes (AR, AP,
  • Inventory, General Ledger, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) and the integration between the systems in use
  • Build and maintain user-friendly, interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools to present complex data in an easily understandable visual format.
  • Ability to create process documentation and procedures with standard templates
  • Ability to plan, organize, manage, and track multiple projects with constantly changing priorities, experience using Jira a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, look-ups
  • Experience writing VBA code a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and pivot to other projects quickly.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our business stakeholders, including both interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
  • Must be committed to working safely at all times.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degrees required
  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related technical field. Some exposure to BusinessAccounting courses preferred
  • MS Fabric, Power BI, QlikView and/ or QlikSense knowledge preferred
  • Experience with consolidation of large data sets from various systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools to enhance data interpretation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office environment.

Responsibilities
