Develop BI content including reports and dashboards through the entire life cycle from needs analysis and requirements gathering through development, deployment, rollout, training and transition to post-deployment support using agile methods. Assist the team with business intelligence platform integration and maintenance, defining and building reports and dashboards. Maintain the production of Business Intelligence products and solutions, including resolving production issues and responding quickly to priority problems Contribute to the development and improvement of relevant department-level and cross-functional processes, systems, and tools.
