o This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Technology department heads, operations, finance and strategy to share updates and work on particular projects.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in SiSense and SQL/SQL Server
• Data modelling and dashboard design skills
• Experience with logically segregated data sets and data security
• Experience of large data sets with sensitive data, i.e., personally identifiable information
• Experience of pulling and combining data from a number of separate data sources
• Good understanding of General Data Protection Regulations
• Working with other technology and business representatives as well as 3rd party consultants
• Experience of working in an Agile methodology
• Qualification in computer science, data science of other STEM type field
• An ability to work independently and perform their own research

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will carry out the development, integration, and optimisation of the company’s BI platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients. This role is pivotal in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business and enhancing the company’s data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Office attendance requirements: 3 days a week in the office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for internal teams and external clients using SiSense and MS Sql Server.
• Ensure data integrity, logical segregation, and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party consultants to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., CR.net, Volti4) to create unified datasets for analysis.
• Monitor and optimize BI system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Support strategic decision-making through forecasting, trend analysis, and business performance insights.
• Operate within an Agile delivery framework.
• Provide training and support to users to enhance adoption and effective use of BI tools.
• Stay current with BI trends and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and methodologies.
