The plan is recognized for delivering comprehensive coverage tailored to the needs of its members, with an emphasis on personalized service. Members benefit from traditional medical coverage as well as enhanced programs such as dental, vision, hearing, wellness initiatives, transportation assistance, prescription drug coverage, and over-the-counter (OTC) allowances. They are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer.

As the Business Intelligence Developer, you would be responsible for collaborating with IT and Operations teams to support solution strategies, define requirements, and assist in the development of data warehouses, dashboards, predictive models, and visualizations. You would also contribute to data profiling, ETL processes, and basic analysis while building your skills in data modeling and Business Intelligence.

• Collaborate with business owners to understand analytical needs, provide insights, and communicate results effectively to diverse audiences.
• Review data for quality and accuracy while assisting in the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to the development, automation, and updating of reports and dashboards that drive decision-making and compliance.
• Identify patterns and recommend enhancements to tools and processes for improved business outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
