Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions within GSC Pacific Supply Chain Planning organization (Reporting tools, Tableau Dashboards) Create Visualization with interactive, user friendly, customizable Dashboards, action-oriented views for seamless decision making (Tableau) Turn data into knowledge and actions Create insights and recommend actions through Business Analytics Enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions Support Database management (AWS, SQL) Support Data Transformation & Connections (Alteryx) Support Upskilling and training people within organization on digital competencies Who would be successful? With Bachelor’s degree holder in any related courses in Supply Chain and others From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server Basic to Intermediate skills in Alteryx Basic Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools Strong Data Analytics, understanding of data & Connection with Business needs Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Good collaboration skills (Direct communication with Business stakeholders) Abilities to take initiative and be innovative Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite What’s in it for me?
