JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will support our client’s IT data warehouse with data reporting needs. Seeking a candidate with BI development experience using Microsoft PowerBI and familiarity with the Microsoft data tools SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS. The BI Developer will analyze data and develop reports as directed. The BI Developer will prototype major system design/development enhancements by working closely with client stakeholders. The position is located onsite in Canton, GA with a hybrid work option.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
• 3+ years of experience in development or reports and dashboards within business intelligence tools
• 3+ years of experience with ETL tools/procedures for data migration and integration

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Skilled in the use of BI developer tools
· Proficient with database languages
· Knowledge of relational and non-relational database structures
· Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications.
· Proficiency in basic computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing

· Develop within BI Tools to report and display data used by client business stakeholders
· Develop working relationships with Business users and facilitate collaboration between IT and the business stakeholders
· Drive and own the necessary development tasks to support functional specifications
· Work within an agile environment and follow sprint commitments and release schedules
· Work with the Enterprise Data Management team to assure attributes are properly managed and governed via the Enterprise Data Governance Process
· Develop, analyze, and deliver data reporting solutions using Microsoft PowerBI, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for stakeholders.
· Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, prototype, and implement system enhancements, utilizing Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for data integration and reporting.
· Demonstrate advanced understand of Enterprise Data Assets and other legacy data stores/solutions architecture, processes and flow, and operate as a subject matter expert (SME) within the group
· Comprehension and alignment to established goals and objectives within the framework of the Worldgate Continuous Feedback Approach
· Stay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing.
· Understand Worldgate’s mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate’s values and behaviors.
