Position Overview: The Business Intelligence (BI) Director will serve in a dual capacity: (1) directly supporting a government customer in performance management monitoring, reporting, mitigation development and execution, and (2) leading Pueo’s Business Intelligence Service. This role requires a balance of customer-focused expertise and leadership in driving the BI service’s success.

Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performance Management: The Director of Business Intelligence will provide direct customer support as the Performance Manager for a cyber security program. This support includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing performance metrics; tracking and reporting performance against metrics; and developing mitigation plans for addressing performance challenges.
