As a key player in Vietnam's nightlife and F&B industry, we are building an integrated ecosystem that delivers exceptional customer experiences through nightlife venues, dining concepts, and lifestyle services. Job Objective The BI Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining a centralized data infrastructure across the entire organization — spanning Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and beyond. From that foundation, they will develop dashboards, automated reports, and analyses that empower leadership and department heads to make confident, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities 3.1 Data Centralization & Management Collect and standardize data from multiple sources: Excel, Google Sheets, FAST Design and maintain a central database (PostgreSQL / BigQuery) Build and automate data pipelines (ETL) across all business systems Ensure ongoing data quality: clean, consistent, and updated on schedule 3.2 Dashboards & Reporting Design and deploy department-level dashboards from scratch on Metabase Build KPI tracking systems on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Configure automated alerts when key metrics fall outside expected ranges Deliver regular reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders 3.3 Analysis & Insights Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and surface opportunities for improvement Provide data-backed recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions Collaborate with departments to define the right metrics and reporting frameworks 3.4 System Operations & Development Maintain and scale the BI infrastructure as the company grows Train and guide teams on how to use Metabase and self-serve data queries Coordinate with IT to ensure system stability, reliability, and data security Requirement: Must-Have Skills Advanced SQL: complex queries, multi-table joins, aggregations, and window functions Proficiency in at least one BI tool: Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau Experience in database design and data modeling Ability to connect and transform data from multiple sources (ETL) Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas Strong communication skills — able to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Skills Python or R for data processing and report automation Experience with Airbyte, dbt, or other ETL tools Familiarity with Google BigQuery or PostgreSQL Understanding of business finance and department-level KPIs Prior experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments. Experience 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Has built dashboards or reporting systems from scratch — not just maintained existing ones A portfolio of previously built dashboards is a strong advantage.
