As a key member of our Customer Care data analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools, and who wants to grow their skills in streaming data, automation, and cloud-based analytics. Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize queries to extract and analyze data from large-scale databases.
  • Work with real-time and batch data processing to support operational reporting and alerting.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using modern visualization tools (Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly, etc.).
  • Automate data collection and reporting workflows, reducing manual effort for the business.
  • Assist in designing data pipelines for customer care analytics, ensuring data is structured for ease of use and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, and customer experience) to identify and solve business problems using data.
  • Implement data validation, monitoring, and quality checks to ensure clean, reliable data for stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in BI, data engineering, and cloud computing to improve our analytics stack.
  • Curiosity about empowering teams with self-service dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Ability to automate manual reporting tasks to drive efficiency.
