Description

Enterprise Analytics Services (EAS) team (Part of Cloud Technology Services Organization) seeks a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Lead Analyst to enhance our Business Intelligence Services.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about building and managing best-in-class BI products as a service. The overall objective is to ensure quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of IT experience is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in administration or development of Starburst Enterprise Platform, Trino with a strong preference for administration experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on administration experience with at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) product (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy).
  • 7+ years solid hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, including experience with VMware.
  • 5+ years of solid proficiency in Unix Shell scripting, Ansible, Python scripting.
  • 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and understanding of best practices for building scalable, resource-optimized, and cloud/Kubernetes provider agnostic containerized solutions.
  • 5+ years of strong knowledge of SQL language and hands-on experience with multiple Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), HiveQL, Spark.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, LDAP, and AD integrations.
  • Experience working with AWS/GCP. Certification is preferred.

  • Liaise with end users and internal customers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver a high standard of service and support.
  • Contribute to the overall system architecture and engineering strategy, promoting automation-first approaches and reusable design patterns.
  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure transparency, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
