Playtech Managed Services is looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Expert with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your influential mission. You will... Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with Customer Support, Risk and Fraud, Product, Technology teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment of business objectives and project goals. Prepare and present reports for executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Components for success. You... Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Are proficient in business intelligence software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office). Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges. Are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance in the betting industry is a plus. Are fluent in written and spoken English. Show a strong passion and enthusiasm for sports.
