At Ricoh International, we believe that great technology starts with great people. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence IT Specialist who’s passionate about translating data into insights and streamlining systems that power an international business.
You’ll be working at the heart of our operations, supporting internal users and optimizing tools built primarily on the .NET framework. From reporting automation to data-driven decision support — your work will have a direct impact on how we run and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining and improving our internal business applications (.NET, SQL Server)
• Designing powerful, intuitive reports in Power BI and Excel that support global decision-making
• Supporting finance and operations with reliable, well-structured data
• Translating business needs into smart, technical solutions
• Handling requests, solving problems, and documenting changes clearly
• Working on internal projects alongside a skilled, collaborative team
• Proactively identifying where tools and processes can be improved

What do you bring?

• A degree in IT or a related field — or the experience to match
• At least 5 years in an IT environment, ideally with international exposure
• Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of relational databases
• Experience with .NET development (especially Visual Basic, Visual Studio)
• Comfortable building reports in Power BI and advanced Excel (bonus if you know VBA)
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, and scripting is helpful
• A sharp eye for detail, and a mindset that balances technical accuracy with business needs
• You’re proactive, clear in your communication, and enjoy working across cultures
