We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to drive our organisation’s BI strategy, leading a talented team to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions across all business sectors. • Own and deliver our Business Intelligence strategy, aligning with wider business goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions and data models.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and data products using Power BI, Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automation, and AI tools.
• Work with senior leaders to define BI priorities and embed analytics into day-to-day operations.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure robust data governance and a consistent approach to BI delivery.
