Job Description Responsibilities: BI (Business Intelligence) Consultant: Client-facing role of providing BI consultancy and driving client satisfaction (t-NPS). BI Service Line Leader under NIQ Service Model (NSM). Drive NSM Compliance and deliver results of meeting BI Incremental Revenue and Sales Lead Gen targets. Maintain the relationship and engagement level with CS leads and Commercial heads. Continue to hold our BI Execution Hub teams accountable on achieving Project Compass targets. Will need to travel to HK on a quarterly basis or as needed. TW remains remote. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s Degree desirable with 5+ years' market research/client management/sales experience. Strong client focus, proactive to engage client, excellent client service and selling skill. A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposes. Proficient in both spoken and written English, as well as Cantonese and Mandarin, to effectively manage local clients.
