DESCRIPTION (IN A NUTSHELL)

Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, the BI Manager is a strategic, and technically proficient, hands-on leader in Business Intelligence. This role is responsible for executing and supporting TimeDoc Health’s BI strategy, including creating and maintaining data architecture, developing analytics solutions, and providing actionable insights that support operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with data analytics and cloud-based data warehousing, along with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and work hands-on to deliver high-quality outcomes. This position is critical to driving value and impact through data for both internal teams and clients. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, supporting TimeDoc Health’s mission, operations, and future strategic growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (computer science, information systems, statistics, math, engineering).
• 7+ years of end-to-end development experience using industry-leading BI platforms, with a strong focus on Power BI and Looker.
• 3+ years designing and maintaining scalable, cloud-based data warehouses and BI Solutions (preferably GCP Big Query).
• Proven expertise in full-stack ETL/ELT development and orchestration.
• Expertise in SQL for complex data querying, transformations, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, data transformation, and analytics scripting.
• Strong understanding of multi-dimensional data modeling, including star schema, snowflake schema, and data vault methodologies.
