You will be responsible for owning and optimizing our pricing models across all transport offerings, driving insight through financial analysis, big data, and collaboration across teams. With millions of quotes issued monthly to tens of thousands of customers, pricing is the engine of our business—and this role sits at the heart of it.

  • Owning, creating and optimizing our pricing models, KPIs, tools, and analysis for multiple teams to ensure pricing policies are implemented effectively.
  • Developing and operationally owning lane, dealer and carrier pricing (e.g., Base Rates, Rate Cards, Lane Rates, Special Deals).
  • Design and execute data models that consider market conditions, seasonality, volume fluctuations, FTL vs. LTL, and more.
  • Proactively identify pricing levers to improve business performance, partnering with Product & Tech teams to implement enhancements.
  • Lead analysis and strategy development for carrier rates, including contract rates, load negotiation, and rate adjustments.
  • Establish and manage the end-to-end pricing evaluation and governance process.
  • Oversee periodic reviews of pricing lanes and deals, making recommendations for updates based on performance and risk assessment to drive optimization.
