Description
Supports the Digital Learning division by providing timely, accurate, and relevant insights to decision makers. Collects, organizes, and interprets data to help inform the decisions that shape the future of our organization. Creates and maintains interactive dashboards that contain a variety of data visualizations and key performance indicators (KPls) designed to meet the needs of the end user and inform decisions at the highest levels of the division. Responsible for linking data from multiple internal sources as well as importing and linking data from external sources. Integrates concepts and data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, CPD platforms, and internal systems such as Slate and Banner. Performs the evaluation and testing of data and reports received from other offices, establishes automatic data verification, resolves data discrepancies, creates queries, and develops standard and ad hoc reports.  The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, has shaped leaders, changemakers, and innovative thinkers since its founding in 1794.
