ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and data-savvy Business Intelligence Student Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student who’s passionate about transforming data into insights that drive real business impact.
You’ll play a hands-on role in building dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives — including our ESG efforts such as B Corp certification and ISO compliance. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Use Excel and Power BI to clean, transform, and analyze data sets across multiple domains (sales, operations, ESG, etc.).
• Support data infrastructure by working with tools like SQL, Python, dbt, and Cube.js (depending on experience).
• Contribute to our ESG reporting by structuring and analyzing data relevant to B Corp, ISO, and sustainability efforts.
• Document data sources, transformation logic, and methodologies to ensure transparency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve our BI practices and suggest new ways to visualize or leverage data.
