Assignment Description: We are looking for an experienced Business IT Analyst for a role in requirements management, solution modeling and business development. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, IT and the business sides of the business to ensure that needs are captured, analyzed and translated into effective IT solutions. The consultant will take an active role in both operational and strategic activities and is expected to contribute structure, analytical skills and drive in a complex and technology-related area. Tasks Drive and implement requirements management together with relevant business areas. Participate in and contribute to creating and modeling solutions based on new and existing needs. Communicate, inform and educate various stakeholder groups. Lead assignments and conduct feasibility studies within the business area. Coordinate and follow up on work related to acceptance tests. Requirement profile Education Post-secondary education of at least three years in a relevant field. Languages Swedish and English - fluent in speaking and writing. Meritorious skills Knowledge of RoD processes and product structure. Experience in AWS development or participation in the transition from on-prem to cloud. General understanding of software development and system development processes. Desired personal qualities Strong analytical skills and good understanding of how business needs are translated into IT solutions. Independent, driven and confident in leading both requirements work and feasibility studies. Communicative and used to collaborating with several different stakeholders. Structured and quality-conscious with the ability to create clarity even in complex contexts.
